Please follow these instructions for removing evidence on your computer that you have visited this web site.

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. In the top tool bar, click on "Tools"

3. Click on "Internet Options"

4. Under the "General" tab there are three (3) section.  In the Internet Temporary Files section (middle section) first click the button for "Delete Cookies" and then the button for "Delete Files".

5. The third section under the General tab is called History.  In the History section click the button "Clear History".

6. Close the Internet Options Window.

7. Close Internet Explorer.

It should be understood that these steps will prevent the basic computer user from tracking internet use and web sites visited.  If someone has a higher level of education in computer systems, evidence can still be tracked despite following these steps.  The average user, however, will not have the knowledge to do so.
